The online barcode verification machine DataMan 475V Series delivers automated barcode inspection and grading, supporting both label-based barcodes and direct part marks (DPM).
- Label-based barcodes: The 475V-Label model features a 4-zone 45° lighting system, enabling accurate grading of 1D and 2D barcodes in compliance with ISO/IEC 15416 and ISO/IEC 15415 standards. This ensures stable, repeatable results and full conformity with international barcode quality requirements.
- Direct Part Marking (DPM): The 475V-DPM model utilizes multi-directional illumination and complies with ISO/IEC TR 29158 (AIM DPM), enabling accurate reading and grading of barcodes on rough, curved, or reflective surfaces.
- Automated reporting & analysis: The integrated software automatically grades, stores, and generates ISO-compliant reports, displays diagnostic images, and provides real-time feedback—helping maintain consistent barcode quality throughout the entire production process.
