Single Divert Conveyor PM 9730 – 400V

GENERAL INFORMATION

The single divert conveyor PM 9730 – 400V is a chain-driven divert conveyor module equipped with a 400V drive motor. The chain divert unit is used to change direction by 90° during the horizontal conveying of both loaded and empty pallets.

The conveyor chains are guided by plastic guide channels. Pallet transfer to the next conveyor is made easy thanks to a small offset radius of only 43 mm. The PM 9730 – 400V single divert conveyor is available with 2 or 3 chain strands, offering flexible configurations for pallet handling applications with loads exceeding 1,000 kg.

An integrated chain tensioning station with a 180° wrap angle allows convenient chain retensioning. The drive units for the chain strands are positioned between the strands, beneath the conveying path.

PM 9730 – 400V is suitable for pallets and load carriers with weights of up to 1,500 kg. Height-adjustable support legs allow installation on various floor types. With its robust design, the system is ideal for handling heavy-duty pallets and high-load goods.
