Single Divert Conveyor PM 9730 – 24/48V

GENERAL INFORMATION

The single divert conveyor PM 9730 – 24/48V is a chain-driven divert conveyor module with a single transfer unit, featuring roller-driven motors operating at 24/48V. The chain divert unit is used to change direction by 90° during the horizontal conveying of both loaded and empty pallets.

The conveyor chains are guided within plastic guide channels. Pallet transfer to the next conveyor can be performed accurately thanks to a small offset radius of only 43 mm. The PM 9730 – 24/48V single divert conveyor is available with 2 chain strands.

An integrated chain tensioning station with a 180° wrap angle makes chain tension adjustment easy. The drive unit of the chain conveyor system is positioned between the chain strands, beneath the conveying path.

PM 9730 – 24/48V is suitable for pallets and load carriers with weights of up to 500 kg. Height-adjustable support legs allow installation on various floor types. With its compact design and optimized footprint, the system is well suited for production areas and warehouse environments.
