Chain Conveyor – PM 9720

GENERAL INFORMATION

The PM 9720 chain conveyor is designed for horizontal pallet transportation.

Each chain strand uses a precision duplex roller chain with straight links as the load-carrying chain. The chains are guided within plastic guide channels. An integrated chain tensioning station with a 180° wrap angle allows easy and efficient chain tension adjustment.

The drive unit is positioned between the chain strands. Height-adjustable support legs enable flexible installation and compatibility with various floor types.

• Maximum load capacity: 1,875 kg/m or 3,000 kg per drive unit
• Conveyor speed: 0.1 to 0.5 m/s
• Ambient temperature: +5 °C to +45 °C (non-condensing), optional for cold storage environments upon request
• Incline/gradient: Up to 4% (applicable only with specific motor types)
