Dual Divert Conveyor PM 9730 – 24/48V
The dual divert conveyor PM 9730 – 24/48V is a chain-driven divert conveyor module with roller drives operating at 24/48V. The chain transfer unit is used for parallel pushing during the horizontal conveying of both loaded and empty pallets.
The conveyor chains are guided within plastic guide channels. An integrated chain tensioning station with a 180° wrap angle allows easy chain retensioning. The PM 9730 – 24/48V dual divert conveyor is available with 2 chain strands.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The dual divert conveyor PM 9730 – 24/48V is a chain-driven divert conveyor module with electrically driven rollers operating at 24/48V. The chain transfer unit is used for parallel pushing during the horizontal conveying of both loaded and empty pallets.
The conveyor chains are guided within plastic guide channels. An integrated chain tensioning station with a 180° wrap angle allows easy chain retensioning. The PM 9730 – 24/48V dual divert conveyor is available with 2 chain strands.
The drive units for the chain strands are positioned between the strands, beneath the conveying path. PM 9730 – 24/48V is suitable for pallets and load carriers with weights of up to 500 kg. Height-adjustable support legs allow installation on various floor conditions. With its compact design and optimized footprint, the system is well suited for production areas and warehouse environments.
