Dual Divert Conveyor PM 9730 – 400V

GENERAL INFORMATION

The dual divert conveyor PM 9730 – 400V is a chain-driven divert conveyor module equipped with a 400V drive motor. The chain transfer unit is used for parallel pushing during the horizontal conveying of both loaded and empty pallets.

The conveyor chains are guided by plastic guide channels, allowing smooth and reliable pallet transfer. Thanks to a small offset radius of only 43 mm, pallets can be flexibly transferred to the next conveyor. The PM 9730 – 400V module is available with 2 or 3 chain strands, offering multiple configuration options for pallet transfer applications and handling loads exceeding 1,000 kg.

An integrated chain tensioning station with a 180° wrap angle allows easy chain retensioning. The drive unit of the chain conveyor system is positioned between the strands, beneath the conveying path.

PM 9730 – 400V is suitable for pallets and load carriers with weights of up to 1,500 kg. Height-adjustable support legs enable installation on various floor conditions. With its robust design, the system is ideal for handling heavy-duty pallets and high-load goods.
