Miniload Warehouse

The Miniload system is a high-density storage solution that uses bins as the primary load unit, high-speed stacker cranes as the main retrieval equipment, and supporting conveyor systems. Structure
Stacker Crane (Miniload Stacker)
The Miniload stacker crane, designed for load units smaller than pallets, combines the advantages of light load capacity, high speed, and flexibility. It can be configured as a single-mast or double-mast structure depending on load capacity and operating height, and can be equipped with various load-handling devices. Single-mast stacker cranes are typically used for handling small goods, while double-mast stacker cranes are better suited for pallets, containers, trays, boxes, and cartons. There are virtually no limitations on the shape or surface of the handled items.

Rack Frame
The rack frame is the main structural system of the warehouse, responsible for supporting the entire load.
The rack structure is typically made of high-strength steel with excellent wear resistance and load-bearing capacity. Aluminum structures or powder-coated finishes are also available.
A rail system is installed between rack aisles for stacker crane travel and load handling, equipped with safety systems such as:
- Collision prevention sensors and emergency stop: Using infrared or ultrasonic sensors
- Environmental sensors: Temperature and humidity sensors to monitor warehouse conditions, especially in cold storage environments
